WHITE AND TRADS OFFERS A 7 DAYS FREE EXCHANGE POLICY, JUST IN CASE YOU GOT A WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR. AFTER 7 DAYS, A SERVICE CHARGE OF N5,000 TO N20,000 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY EXCHANGE FROM THE 8TH TO THE 31ST DAY DEPENDING ON THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED. NO EXCHANGE AFTER 30TH DAY OF PURCHASE.
WHITE AND TRADS DOES NOT REFUND PAYMENT AFTER PURCHASE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
• The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition (no damage, no wear).
• The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached, if it’s accessories, and our branded tag if it’s wedding dress.
• Customized items (including customized size, customized color) will not be accepted for exchange,
• Replacement will not be accepted for a refund. We will offer an exchange or store credits only.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Here’s what you need to do if you want to order for your wedding dress,
First and foremost, always check the size chat on our site, and take your full measurements, get a tailor or someone to measure your accurate size, because we may have the same wedding dress in a different size and will gladly exchange it for you. If we don’t have the same dress in a different size, we will offer to resize the dress if it is possible. Our Exchange Policy is 7 days from date of purchase. After 7 days, you will be charged a penalty fee of N10,000 to N20,000 UP TO 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can no longer exchange any items.
If the ring needs to go up more than two sizes, there can be significant stress put on the ring it will affect the claws holding the stones– and it may just not be worth it.
Usually, resizing a dress takes less than 2 weeks at our store.

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, dirt or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another designer are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
The item being returned must have the tag still attached to it.
Important Note: Package returned without consent will not be accepted!
